The tank is made of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) with an integrated foam tank. This material has a number of advantages: 100% resistance to aggressive solutions, using the tank truck as an air foam extinguishing vehicle, easy to repair in case of mechanical damage, heat resistance, the ability to self- starvation when exposed to an open flame source. TT is made of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), body superstructure- basic structure is from carbon steel profile.
TT 5,0 (MAZ 5309)
The fire-fighting tank truck is equipped with 2-rowdouble, 4-doors cabin. Interior decoration is made of safe material. Individual seats with headrests, seat belts, handrails — everything is for the safety of the crew. Superstructure with the integrated capacity is made of glass-reinforced plastic (GRP). The roof’s superstructure is covered with a special coating preventing sliding. The roof is equipped for hoses, ladders, and for monitor. Combined centrifugal fire pump has a system of foam agent control of ejector type creating a solution with a concentration up to 6% of foaming agent.
TT 8,0 (MAZ 6312)
Universal fire-fighting tank truck of middle class with off-road ca- pability. Base chassis MAZ 6312 allows to use the vehicle in fire stations of old type with the height of no more than 3 500 mm. Smaller dimensions fully conform to norms and standards.
TT (АFET-air-foam extinguishing truck) 8,0 (10,0) (MAZ 6317)
TT is used for delivery staff, fire extinguishing agents (from 6 000 l-to 10 600 l) and rescue instrument to the place of fire. Good cross-country ability and powerful engine allows this vehicle to overcome any barricade on the way to the origin of fire. Due to large capacity, tanks are optimally used in the blind-alley regions. In air-foam extinguishing vehicle performance, it is used for delivery foam substance and fire-fighting equipment to the place of fire, for supplying foam substance to foam mixer, as well as for installation on the surface water or water pipe, for delivery low multiplicity foam to the base of fire.
TT 11,0 (12,0) (MAZ 6317)
Body superstructure is made of three-layer sandwich panels produced in a vacuum environment. Water tank and foam tank are from glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP). TT 12.0−50 (MAZ 6317) is equipped with standard cabin. TT 11.0−50 (MAZ 6317) is equipped with 2-rowdouble, 6-seater, all-metal, 4-doors cabin. For the model TT 11.0−50 (MAZ 6317) CAFS system is used. CAFS is used for foam proportioning system (compressed air intermixing), which provides the optimal mix of fire-fighting foam, while maintaining the properties of the foam.
